herCAREER, the career fair and networking event for women, deals with every aspect of career planning for females. Women speak openly about opportunities and challenges in the professional environment, including a look at combining work and family. Also: top-level role models from politics, business and the academic world, as well as attractive employers engaged explicitly in equal opportunities and women in management.
The many options for a better combination of family and career, training possibilities and entrepreneurship topics make this career fair quite unique. There is a varied range on offer, with around 300 meet-ups, including lots of job offer talks with over 450 insiders, role models, and experts, over 60 speeches, panels and keynote speeches. A special focus lies on the topics finance, money and insurance. In addition, at Future talks, companies will present the range of innovations they are working on, and how they are driving digitzation and New Work. They will also present their hubs, accelerators and incubators in the Innovation Lab format.
