Started in 2010, Harrington Starr Group is a leading fintech recruiting agency headquartered in London and with additional offices in New York. Nadia has worked with numerous companies over the years and also created processes to support both hiring leaders and candidates during the talent attraction process. More recently, she has launched a hugely successful campaign called the 17% List, which drives real change fast to affect the gender imbalance in the technology space. Nadia is currently writing a book through Palgrave Macmillan called “Fintech Women Walk the Talk: Driving change for workplace gender equality.”
Nadia will share with us her 8-point strategy to allow for people, teams and businesses to start affecting the key barriers to gender equality, as well as discuss how we can all play our part in change. After all, actions speaking louder than words.
